The Sequence Panel is a series of linked drawings. You might use this for drawings that part of the same theme or story, or as separate canvases for students to work on while remaining connected.
Free/Spark users can have up to 100 drawings in a single sequence. You can hide or show the sequence panle by tapping on the filmstrip icon in the bottom left of your UI.
The Sequence feature is NOT available in Art Jams
Adding drawings to the Sequence
To add a new drawing to a sequence, there are a few different options
tap on the last panel with the + icon inside
tap on the action menu and select an option
link an existing drawing
duplicate a drawing in the sequence
drag and drop and image
Supported files
You can add the following file types into the sequence:
JPEG
PNG
PDF
and PSD
When importing PDFs, each page will be rasterized and added as a spearate canvase to the sequence.
Communication in Sequences
Sequences have a shared communication channel. You will be able to text chat or voice call with users no matter which drawing in the sequence they are on.

Removing drawings from the sequence
You can remove a drawing from the sequence in a few different ways
File menu > move to bin
tap on the action menu > move to bin
unlink the drawing
Sequence permissions
The permissions you set in the Admin menu of your canvas will apply to all canvases in the sequence, even those linked by other users.
In order to better manage your sequence panel, you might want to limit who can make changes to it. In the Admin menu of the Editor, you will find the Edit Sequence permission.
When you set this to Approved, only users with the Admin or Approved role will be able to:
add new canvases
delete canvases
link and unlink drawings
