That's because there can be a maximum of 30 users (or 50 if you have a paid plan) on any given drawing board. It is a technical limitation — a higher number of people would result in slowing down and other application problems.
If you'd like to enable more people to view the drawing session, please consider streaming it with the external platform (Zoom / YouTube / Twitch / etc).
