If you plan to host events on Magma, either publicly or privately in an Artspace, scheduled Art Jams are opne of the best ways to do that. You can set your Jam for a later date and time, and those who are interested will get a notification when it starts.
Create and Publish the Jam
Follow the normal flow to create a new Art Jam.
Go to Art Jams and hit Start new Art Jam;
Fill in all the details, choose single or multiple boards;
Hit Create Jam Draft.
After creating your Art Jam, it is not visible to anyone yet. This gives you a chance to add backgrounds, templates, or set custom canvas permissions. When you are ready, hit the Publish Jam button in the upper right corner.
Scheduling your Art Jam
When publishing your Art Jam, you will have the option to go live immediately or schedule the event.
Change the setting to Schedule event;

Hit Schedule Jam.
After your Jam is published
Now your Jam is scheduled and you can see a new top bar that shows the countdown, how many users are interested, and buttons to open the lobby or start the event.
Your Art Jam will now also appear in the Upcoming section of the Art Jams page. Users who see it can mark themselves as interested to be notified and invited when the event starts.
